Justin has over 15 years of experience in providing leadership consulting and intelligence services to boards, CEO’s and senior human resource executives of listed companies and public sector entities across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Evolve Intelligence he spent eight years with a leadership risk management consulting firm where he was most recently the Managing Director of the Asia Pacific region.

Gareth leads the Consulting and Business Development functions for Evolve. He is an engaging, dynamic, creative and client driven professional with over 15 years of experience in Enterprise Business Intelligence, Recruitment and Research Consulting. Gareth is highly adept at fundamentally understanding clients’ needs, and is expert in formulating and communicating winning strategies to both HR and business stakeholders.
He is successful at managing large, complex, matrixed projects by collaborating with and empowering distributed teams of professionals. Gareth’s industry expertise includes Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail, Professional Services, Public Sector and Not-for-Profit.
Rob is aco-founder of Evolve Intelligence and leads the Client Service Delivery function across the business. He is a highly experienced talent management specialist with over 15 years of experience. He has worked with divergent industries, including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Energy, Mining, Engineering, Healthcare and Technology. Rob has a passion for enabling client results through external research, intelligence gathering and strategic succession planning.
Rob is a detailed and results-driven professional who has the ability to build trust and strong relationships with key stakeholders. He does so by harnessing the power of his global research teams to deliver precise, marketing-leading and insightful solutions. Robert graduated from La Trobe University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons).
Peter is Evolve's European MD. He has over 20 years’ experience in the areas of Organisational Consulting, Leadership Development and Talent Management. He has significant expertise in the program management of large-scale human capital interventions, often bringing together multifaceted teams. As a business leader Peter has operated at board level and has also established, led and grown a number of successful HR consulting practices.
Peter has worked extensively in Australia and Europe and has also consulted within the US and Asia. His client engagement history is extensive, including BP, Dell, Exxon Mobil, GE, GSK, Microsoft, MoD, News International, NHS, and Oracle.
As the Head of Client Solutions at Evolve Intelligence, Sacha is highly invested in, and committed to, delivering and empowering strategic outcomes for our clients. Sacha has been engaged in the search and selection of executive Technology/Digital Transformation talent globally across the Banking, Retail, Professional Services and Utilities sectors.
Passionate about the talent community, Sacha is dedicated to providing a personalised and meaningful approach. Sacha holds a Bachelor of Marketing and Japanese from the University of Monash.
As Evolve's Talent Solutions Director, Katelijne draws on over 15 years of business and human capital experience, working with multi-national organisations across Australia, Europe and Asia Pacific.
She brings broad knowledge and skills in organisational design, leadership development and talent management, providing strategic and operational strategies to clients to accelerate the growth of their leadership capabilities and enhance overall business performance.
A dynamic, innovative and results-orientated professional, Katelijne builds strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, and is motivated to inspire and instigate change. Katelijne holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Linguistics as well as an MBA.
Les is Evolve’s Chief Financial Officer and leads the finance function globally. He has over 18 years of experience in financial services and taxation. Prior to joining Evolve, Les operated his own accounting services firm, as well as one of Australia’s largest self-managed superannuation fund compliance firms. In addition to his broad finance expertise and passion for developing high-performing teams, Les has held numerous board roles in small to medium organisations.
Les is a Chartered Accountant and Graduate of the AICD. He holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and Master of Applied Taxation from the University of New South Wales. He is currently undertaking a joint Global EMBA with the UCLA Anderson School of Management and NUS Business School.
Nicola is a Client Services Director of Evolve Intelligence. Prior to joining the firm, Nicola worked with a global leadership risk management consultancy for seven years, most recently as an Account Director. During this time she led high level market mapping, competitive intelligence, gender diversity and succession planning engagements with key clients.
Nicola started her career as an Accountant at KPMG, focussing on Financial Services clients in the audit group. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) as well as a Diploma of Modern Languages (German) from the University of Melbourne.
Ricky is a Client Solutions Director at Evolve Intelligence. He is responsible for managing our key ASX and Fortune 500 accounts; advising on the optimised utilisation of our solutions in order to deliver outstanding results for our clients. Ricky has a tenacious, results-driven approach and has extensive sales, consulting and client delivery experience.
Over the past 10 years, he has worked with some of the best known brands in Australia and globally across sectors, including Technology, Digital, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Mining, FMCG, and Retail.
Josef has more than a decade’s experience in providing talent management consulting to senior executives of listed companies and public sector entities across diverse industries. He has extensive expertise in solving critical talent challenges, and is a specialist in integrating external talent intelligence into key internal areas of succession planning, talent pipelining and competitor intelligence. Prior to joining Evolve, Josef spent five years at a leadership risk management consultancy in an Account Management role.
During this time, he led the research and delivery function for various market mapping, competitive intelligence and succession planning engagements with key clients. Prior to 2006 Josef was a Client Relationship Manager at Coles Group as part of their Internal Recruitment function. Before joining Coles Group, Josef worked as a Recruitment Consultant with Integrated Group working primarily in their Finance and Sales and Marketing division. Josef holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Management at Victoria University.
Jarrod is a Client Services Director with Evolve Intelligence. He is responsible for account management as well as delivery on key customer assignments. Jarrod has nearly two decades of experience in Logistics and Talent Acquisition in Australia and the UK. His successes are underpinned by his ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and his firm commitment to customer service.
Jarrod has a passion for understanding key business challenges and drivers and is highly motivated to deliver outcomes that exceed customers’ requirements. Jarrod has sector experience that includes Services, Consumer, Retail, Transport & Logistics, and Utilities. He holds a Business Qualification from Swinburne University.
Vanessa is a Client Solutions Director at Evolve Intelligence. She has more than 10 years’ experience in providing innovative IT and technology focused talent solutions to global technology companies, multinational corporates and government-affiliated organisations. Vanessa has worked in start-up, consultancy and internal environments. She is a passionate relationship manager dedicated to exceeding the expectations of all her clients, bringing energy, integrity and personal responsibility to all her business endeavours.
A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she was an elected Local Government Councillor for the City of Port Phillip from 2012 – 2016 and also holds a Bachelor of Communications with a major in Public Relations from the University of Canberra.
Craig is a talent management professional with more than 10 years of experience. He is focused on driving innovative sourcing strategies for the identification and acquisition of senior and specialist talent. Craig has worked across multiple industry sectors internationally, including Oil & Gas, Mining & Metals, Engineering & Construction, Retail and Banking & Financial Services.
Craig has led major talent sourcing initiatives across South America, North America, Africa, Europe and the APAC region. Previously, he was a part of nab’s dedicated talent sourcing function. Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Monash University.
Kim is a Client Services Manager at Evolve Intelligence. She is responsible for delivering a diverse range of services to Evolve’s key clients to help them to make better talent decisions.
Prior to joining the firm, Kim worked as a Resource Manager for a leading Education Recruitment company based in Melbourne servicing Government and Independent Schools. There, she was responsible for sourcing teachers for casual relief, short and long term contracts and permanent appointments throughout Victoria.
Kim started her career as an Executive Assistant and Project Co-ordinator working for high profile companies in New Zealand and London before relocating to Melbourne to commence her career in the human resources industry.
Calem is a HR and talent management professional with over 10 years of experience. He has had broad cross-industry exposure through a range of in-house roles in the Mining & Resources, Pharmaceuticals and Banking & Finance sectors.
Calem is focused on producing metrics and insights to enable tangible business impacts, effective succession planning and strategic talent solutions. Previously, he was a part of nab’s talent function managing succession planning and resourcing for senior executives.

William is a joint Head of Research at Evolve Intelligence. He is an experienced research consultant who has the ability to design, lead and integrate multiple projects and deliver strategic talent intelligence and executive research initiatives across a wide variety of industry verticals. William has over ten years’ executive research experience working with global executive search firms both in London and Melbourne.
He has a track record of successfully delivering senior mandates across Mining and Resources, Professional Services, Financial Services, FMCG and Retail sectors. William co-founded the executive research and talent consultancy, Harrison Weekes, which was acquired by Evolve Intelligence in April 2014.
James is a Joint Head of Research at Evolve Intelligence. He is an experienced executive research manager who has delivered hundreds of strategic sourcing, talent identification, and competitor intelligence assignments. Working on behalf of major global companies, he has extensive experience across a broad range of industry sectors, covering most senior executive positions, including the C-suite. James is a specialist in technical roles.
He co-leads a team of high quality, experienced researchers with global coverage. Prior to joining Evolve, James established and ran the executive research and talent consultancy, Harrison Weekes. James graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Arts in 2003, and attained a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Deakin University in 2012.
Alisa joined Evolve Intelligence in August 2014 as an analyst.She has over eight years of experience specialising in research and talent sourcing. Most recently, Alisa was a Research Consultant at Beilby Consulting. At the firm, she played a key national role in talent sourcing projects across all industry sectors.
Alisa has gained extensive experience in sourcing, market mapping and competitor intelligence over the course of her career. She holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University.
Benny is an experienced talent management consultant with expertise in research, succession planning, talent pipelining, strategic leadership, recruitment and competitive intelligence. An a senior associate, Benny is a key member of Evolve's Research delivery team.

Michelle comes to Evolve Intelligence with a myriad of experience from the executive search and selection industry. She was previously the Head of Research at a Brisbane-based firm, where she specialised in finding senior executives from mining and heavy industries within Australia and globally. Michelle excels in finding candidates others might miss and ensures client requirements are clearly understood and form the bases of talent maps.
From C level roles to general management and specialised technical positions, Michelle’s depth of market knowledge enables her to deliver talent projects swiftly, with exceptional detail.

Jessica is a Research Associate at Evolve Intelligence who has worked across a diverse range of research projects for Evolve's clients. Jessica is currently completing a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) degree at ACU, having previously completed her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) at the University of Melbourne.
Jessica’s focus is on the discipline of organisational psychology, with particular interests in organisational behaviour, culture and diversity, as well as personality profiling as it relates to explaining behaviour within organisational settings.

Jacinta has over two years’ experience working in executive search. Prior to joining Evolve, she was an Associate Consultant with one of the Big Four financial services firms and was involved in all aspects of their executive search process.
Jacinta has been instrumental in identifying and successfully placing leaders, both nationally and internationally, across a variety of industries, including Banking and Financial Services, Professional Services, Government, Consumer, Construction and Engineering, Higher Education and Not for Profit.
Jacinta has a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and graduated with First Class Honours from Deakin University.
Sarah is part of the Research Team. She has extensive experience in recruitment, strategic sourcing and executive search across a broad range of industries, including Mining, Defence, Technology, Financial Services and Consumer. Most recently Sarah was a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Futurestep, working with clients in the US and Latin America, as well as Europe.
Sarah holds a MSc in Organisational Psychology from Manchester Business School and speaks four languages.
